Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Praying tahajjud at night is one of the best acts of worship and is the best of prayers after the obligatory prayers. Beware of telling lies, for lying leads to immorality and immorality leads to Hellfire. A man will keep telling lies and striving to tell lies until he is recorded by Allah as a liar.”[vi] Verse 3: Repel Evil with Good “Good and evil cannot be equal. Repel evil with what is better, and your enemy will become as close as an old and valued
Short Answer: First of all, the concept of afterlife is a logical conclusion to this life, whatever may be our ideas about good deeds. Allah has given us everything; and even those things we give to the poor or the needy are really His gift to them. And as we have chosen to be a channel for that gift, we get reward.
